   API operation and dashboard can not be used during the maintenance period.  There is no effect on established WebRTC connection before maintenance, but when the peer connected before maintenance makes a new connection to new peer who connects after maintenance, the former peer needs to make a reconnection by reloading the browser or other ways.  In the case of a SFU or Mesh Room, the former peer cannot join the room created after maintenance, and either the new peer cannot join the room created before maintenance.
