Updating the SDKs (Android SDK v2.1.1, iOS SDK v3.1.1).

The SDKs have been released to fix the issue we announced in the following.

Announce: Avoid updating your SDKs to Android SDK v2.1.0, v2.0.4 and iOS SDK v3.1.0 and v3.0.1 if they are used with previous SDKs.

Released SDKs:

Android SDK v2.2.0
iOS SDK v3.2.0

Update Android SDK v2.0.4, Android SDK 2.1.0, iOS SDK v3.0.1 and iOS SDK 3.1.0 to Android SDK v2.2.0 and iOS SDK v3.2.0 if you use them with Android SDK v2.0.3 or earlier or iOS SDK v3.0.0 or earlier.

You can avoid the issue due to the function to disable automatic reconnection.
