Update Android SDK, iOS SDK, and WebRTC Gateway for TURN Server Upgrade on August 16, 2021.

The TURN server will be upgraded on August 16, 2021.

Update SDKs on your applications if you are using the following versions of SDKs.
After this upgrade, a part of communication to TURN server will be unavailable with those versions.

• iOS SDK v1.0.6 or earlier
• Android SDK v1.0.6 or earlier
• WebRTC Gateway v0.1.0 or earlier

Attention: This upgrade could be carried out ahead of schedule as urgent maintenance if a highly urgent security risk is found in the current version of the TURN server. We will notify you on the Maintenance Page in that case, so please follow the page as necessary.

This TURN server upgrade and the SDK released on May 27, 2021 (the latest version as of June 18, 2021) include updates related to security enhancements. We recommend you to update to the latest version to use our service more safely.
