How much bandwidth can 2G connection use? If it's too low, I think it's pretty tough to establish connection.

if  for video calling  2G connection tough to establish connection then audio calling possible ?

    2G bandwidth = 185 kbps

The answer heavily depends on your network condition.

Supposed you use OPUS as audio codec, because you wrote 185kbps in 2G, and on the WebRTC official page you can find "It supports constant and variable bitrate encoding from 6 kbit/s to 510 kbit/s,", so theoretically audio calling may work with some quality, even though you take RTCP bandwidth into consideration.

Not only bandwidth but also packet loss rate and jitter may affect your audio quality.

Sorry, this reply doesn't your question but in my opinion to find the answer, you need to check many times in your target network condition(2G).
