Questions about HardwareVideoEncoder

Hi Developer:

I'm using Skyway for development on the Qualcomm board.

But once a video call starts, app will crash. (https://github.com/skyway/skyway-android-sdk/issues/61) I think the problem may have something to do with my development environment, and I'm trying to fix it.

I looked at the code for Skyway.aar

I found "Dropped Frame, encoder queue full" in my test log.

I want to know Skyway SDK "org.webrtc.HardwareVideoEncoder" encode function of trigger what (is based on the Android Framework which notice or interface)?

This will help me investigate the problem.
